Empowerment comes from the connections we make with others and the strength we find in sharing our journey.

Hey there, I’m Ava!

Hello and welcome! I’m Ava, and I’m so excited to be part of your journey through life’s big transitions!

My career started in special education, where I was lucky enough to work alongside young adults, cheering them on as they pursued their dreams of independence. Helping them navigate their path to self-sufficiency has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Now, I’m diving into a new chapter, eager to learn more about women’s health and the postpartum period. I’m passionate about supporting new parents—because people with uteruses go through so much, and you deserve all the love and care as you embrace this new role.

As a postpartum doula, my focus is on ensuring that you, as a parent, are cared for because a baby can only thrive when their parents are thriving too. My goal is to help you build a sense of community and connection, so you always know you’re not alone on this journey. Let’s make sure you and your baby are both nurtured and supported every step of the way!
